Huge congratulations to the winners of this years YPI event, Daisy, Isla, and Ella-Mae! They were representing HALO Highlands, a charity doing great work supplying resources to young families. The £3000 prize money will make a huge difference to the lives of children in our community.

A special mention also to Jason and Roddy representing Highland Hospice! As winners of the S2 Audience award they secured a dress down day in school, with all proceeds going to Highland Hospice.

A big thank you to all of our YPI Finalists, who made choosing a winner this year harder than ever! Their dedication and compassion was clear to everyone watching. The presentations were all exceptional and the judges from YPI and Highland Third Sector Interface were very impressed. Well done all!

  • Pupils with asthma

    Published 16/12/25

We have been advised that all pupils with asthma should now have an up-to-date asthma plan which should be shared with the school.  Plans may be provided by the pupil’s GP, asthma nurse if under primary care for their asthma, or the hospital if under secondary care.  Once obtained, parents and guardians should provide a copy to the school.  This will ensure we are following correct guidelines and providing the most effective care for your child.

Letters have been issued to pupils known to us as having asthma. If your child has asthma but you have not yet informed the school, please let us know and provide their asthma plan at your earliest possible convenience.
