School Meals
We operate a ‘cashless catering system’ which means that no cash will be taken at the tills; instead, all students will be issued with a unique PIN, which they use to pay for their meals. Pupils must not share their PIN with anyone and if they think that someone else has been using it, they can request a new PIN from the kitchen supervisor. In the event that a pupil has forgotten their PIN they can request a reminder from the office staff.
Pupils can add cash to their account at the revaluation machines in the school (located in the main atrium), using their PIN. Please ensure that your child has enough money with them to add to their account or that you have made an online payment. Revaluation machines accept notes and coins – except 1p, 2p and 5p coins.
Pupils who are entitled to free school meals will have the Free School Meal allowance added to their account daily. Pupils can add further money to their meal account should they wish to.
Balances can be checked at the revaluation machines at any time, and are also displayed on the tills.
There is an option to make an online payment to your child’s account. In order to do this you will need your child’s 9 digit Scottish Candidate number which can be obtained from the school office. Online payments can be made via the Highland Council website here
